The PaysStart™ Web site is structured like many other "portal" sites on the Internet.

The front or "home page" lists major content headings.

E.G. Heading "Entertainment"

These links lead to sub-categories which divide up the major headings

E.G. Sub-category "Movies"

These sub-category links lead to sub-sub categories.

E.G. "Actors"

Of course as the content level and detail increase there will be the opportunity to introduce detailed categories

E.G."Sean Connery"

We expect that the majority of PA content providers will be contributing at this detailed content level.

To be a master of one of these sections will require dedication, knowledge and acceptance of responsibility. It will also be rewarding in that you will have the freedom to build a loyal following. You will need to work with us to ensure that your section fits in with the community ethos of PaysStart.

If you believe that you have what it takes and see this as a serious opportunity then send an e-mail to pa@paysu.com and in not more than 100 words explain why you should be responsible for the area that you have chosen and your expertise in that area. We are not looking necessarily for formal academic expertise in a subject ,rather a passion about the subject which you are willing to debate with other members of the community. The more you can engage other members, the greater the number of visitors to your area and therefore the greater your earnings will be.

The remuneration package we offer is success based. The more "hits" your page receives the more revenue is generated. Revenue can be generated by placing links to other sites who will pay you for the privilege and advertisements.

Once we have received the first round of applicants we will select the people whom we believe best fit the description set out above. They will then be offered a contract and will be invited to start work within an agreed time scale. They will be able to recruit other members to assist them in their work and share the revenue among themselves as they feel fit.

PaysU.com is responsible for the maintenance of the site and ensuring harmony within the community. Therefore we will not allow subjects or links to sites that promote erotic or unsafe sex, racial or religious intolerance or which seek to promote violence outside of society's norms. Our decision on what is acceptable or not is final and is not open to challenge.

Finally, the Internet is not just the preserve of the English language. Therefore contributors are welcome in any language and where we have sufficient demand we will convert the whole site into that language. It would be appropriate for members to work together to translate their work into other languages. We intend to launch sites in German, French, Spanish and Italian in the first quarter of 2000 subject to demand. Other languages will follow throughout 2000 always depending upon demand.
