The Privacy Promise is your assurance that we will do just that. Our promise is in keeping with our firm commitment to protecting your privacy as a member.

Our promise is made up of three elements:
	We do not transmit any of your personalised data to any third party.
	Your data is stored in the Channel Islands one of the most stable Political,legal and economic offshore environments in the World.
	Our systems are designed to aggregate demographic information and specifically to ignore personal details

Basic information:
To become a PaysU member, we ask users to submit their name, address and email address in order to allow us to pay you your cheques and to keep you informed of new developments.

Questionnaires, surveys and profile data:
We may offer optional questionnaires to our members, but we PROMISE that we will never release individual's information. We also request that our members tell us their Preferences. Required information includes the member's full name and address. The Preferences page also includes optional questions regarding interests,you are NOT required to fill out this information if you don't want to do so. The information in member questionnaires and your preferences is used to develop offers and promotions which better serve our PaysU members. Occasionally, our Offer Partners may offer PaysPoints™ in exchange for filling out a survey. These surveys are optional, and the use of information given will be explained in the survey itself.

Transaction information:
We do not pass personal information to our Offer Partners, Advertisers nor any third party at this time. In the future we may need to transfer limited information in order to confirm a transaction. Should this need arise you will be informed by e-mail at least 7 days before the policy change takes affect. See our Opt-out policy below.

Payment information:
In the Join Now form we ask you to provide details of your name and address. This personal data will be used to send cheques to you once the PayStation™ has been released.

Aggregate statistical information:
We collect aggregated personal profile data regarding our members. This data does not contain personally identifying information such as name or email address. Individual identifying information will NEVER be provided to any third party. However, aggregated data from our members may be shared with our partners. For example, we may let PaysU Offer partners and advertisers know that approximately "X% of our members are male." However, we would never tell them anything about individual consumers (such as their name).

Other uses of information:
As we state above, we will never sell, exchange, or release our members' individual identifying information (such as their name, email address or preferences data) to a third party.

How and when we contact you:
PaysU will send its members PaysMail™ describing new earning or redemption opportunities. In addition we will also end you e-mails outlining how the community is growing and what you can do to assist it and your fellow members to harness more from the Internet.

Security Information And How We Use It:

All the data you provide to PaysU is protected to ensure both the privacy and authenticity of your data as it travels across the Internet. This means that no one will be able to tamper with, intercept, or access your data. Remember to keep your information and your PaysU details private and secure; do not share your password with anyone!

Cookies:

PaysU uses cookies as part of its PaysStart™ offering. This cookie allows us to identify you when you visit PaysStart™. By adopting this approach we ensure the maximun number of users can access PaysStart™ and be paid. In the future we may need to download other cookies onto your machine so that we can process any data transmitted to you via any of our offerings in the most efficient way possible. By accepting the membership agreement you accept that we may need to do this from time to time. Opt-Out Policy:

If you wish to be a PaysU or its associate offerings member but do not wish to receive any mailings about new offers, contact memberservice@paysu.com , and our member service representatives will assist you in customising your mailings. Correct/Update Policy:

To change, update or correct Your Preferences information, go to www.PaysU.com, click on "My Account" and select "Update Preferences." When you have finished entering the updated data, click on "submit." Your changes will take effect immediately. If there is incorrect information in your PaysU account statement, please contact memberservice@paysu.com, and our customer service representatives will assist you.

Deactivate Policy:
