Limited grants its active members a limited license to use the
PaysU.com, PaysStart.com and PaysBack.com name, logo and banners
("Identifiers") for the exclusive purpose of seeking
legitimate referrals to the services offered by PaysU.com Limited.
PaysU.com Limited may revoke this limited license at any time
for any reason. .
PaysU.com
Limited Identifiers may not be used on a website that contains
content that may tarnish the reputation of PaysU.com Limited or
is otherwise objectionable to PaysU.com includes but is not limited
to content that:
- contains
defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, profane or discriminatory material;
- promotes
violence or discrimination against any group;
- contains
or promotes illegal activities as determined by the laws of
the States of Jersey Channel Islands.
The
granting of this limited licence may be withdrawn at any time
By PaysU.com Limited at any time and without the provision of
an explanation. Misuse of PaysU.com Limited's Identifiers may
result in the expulsion of the member and the immediate loss of
all rights and privileges including and monies due to that individual.
Use of PaysU.com Limited identifiers does not imply any relation
between the member and PaysU.com Limited other than that set out
in the Membership
Agreement.
